Although not a chef by trade, my love for Italian cooking began with countless dinners shared with family and friends, where the magic of good food created lasting memories. Determined to bring this sense of connection to their community, I partnered with a talented chef, Richard Tooth, whose culinary journey was inspired by his grandmother, Nonna Lena.
